Swiftees Apparel is a growing custom apparel company seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team. As a hybrid position, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely while also being required to travel in the area to create content depending on chosen strategy. We are looking for someone who is passionate about small business, community, social media, and creating engaging content.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Create and curate content that aligns with our brand voice and identity.
- Engage with our community of followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and monitor social media trends and analytics.
- Use your phone to create photography and video content, as well as edit videos and photos as needed.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall marketing strategies.
- Attend photo shoots and events to capture content for social media channels.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn is required.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns.
- A high-spirited, community-driven personality that aligns with our brand values.
